Dalílah Polanco made her television debut in 1993, playing Consuelito in the soap opera Valentina. In 1995, she appeared in La paloma and also in the series Mujer, casos de la vida real. She later acted in El privilegio de amar (1998) and Mi destino eres tú (2000). In 2003, she gained wide recognition for her role as Martina in the Mexican comedy series La familia P. Luche.

In the following years, she appeared in several popular shows, including Los exitosos Pérez, Querida enemiga, Palabra de mujer, XHDRBZ, La rosa de Guadalupe, and Por ella soy Eva.

Currently, Polanco co-hosts the morning show De bones with Héctor “L’apiu” Quijano and Martha Guzmán, which airs Monday through Friday on Canal Mexiquense TV.
