Pranit More’s family is originally from Khed in Ratnagiri district, Maharashtra.
Since childhood, he has been interested in airplanes and wanted to become a commercial pilot. However, after failing to get admission in a piloting course, he joined an aircraft maintenance engineering course but dropped out after six months.
After completing his graduation, he worked as a sales assistant at an automobile showroom from 2013 to 2015. Later, he took a break to finish his MBA in Marketing, which he completed in 2018. During his final year of post-graduation, he won the Canvas Laugh competition and received the Open Mic Maverick title at the Canvas Laugh Club, which inspired him to pursue comedy as a career.
From 2019 to 2023, Pranit worked as a radio jockey and content creator at Mirchi FM. He also hosted several big live events, such as the Filmfare Awards Marathi and Filmfare OTT Awards. After resigning from Mirchi FM, he began performing solo stand-up comedy shows like Baap Ko Mat Sikha (2023) and Back Bencher (2024).
