In 2013, Brahma Mishra made his Bollywood debut with the film Chor-Chor Super Chor in which he played the role of Vava. In the same year, he appeared in the Bollywood film Baromas in which he played the role of Khandu. In 2015, he appeared in the Bollywood film Manjhi: The Mountain Man, in which he played the role of Bhura. Thereafter, Brahma Mishra appeared in many Bollywood films, like- Dangal (2016), Badrinath Ki Dulhania (2017), and Super 30 (2019). In 2019, Brahma Mishra played the role of ‘Khudadad,’ in the Bollywood film ‘Kesari.’
His last film was ‘Haseen Dilruba’ opposite Taapsee Pannu in 2021 in which he had a small role.

Death
Mishra was found on the bathroom floor of his house where he lived alone, they said. The police suspect that the actor died due to a cardiac arrest and have sent the body for an autopsy. The apartment was locked from the inside, the police said, adding, a case of Accidental Death is being filed.
