In 2018, he has appeared in the Tamil film Prema Baraha.

Death

On 6 June 2020, Sarja complained of chest pain and breathlessness. He even suffered from convulsions before he was taken to Sagar Apollo Hospital, Jayanagar, Bangalore on 7 June in “an unresponsive state”. He underwent 3 heart attacks and the doctors declared him dead at 3:48 p.m due to Cardiac Arrest.

According to PTI, the actor complained of restlessness following which he was rushed to a private hospital where he died, his family members said. Mourning his death, south star Allu Sirish wrote on Twitter: “Shocked at the sudden demise of Kannada actor Chiranjeevi Sarja. He’s just 39 years old. My condolences to the Sarja family.
